On September 1 this year, the “Fire Law of the People’s Republic of China” will be officially implemented. This is a major event in the history of the development of the fire protection industry in our country. It marks that our country’s fire prevention and legal system construction has entered a new historical stage. “Fire Law” is the fundamental law of China’s fire work, is to regulate the whole society of fire behavior and fire control agencies in accordance with the law enforcement of fire supervision and management of an important piece of law. It fully reflects the important instructions of General Secretary Jiang on the important directives of “work in danger of fire exposure, prevention of accidents out of disaster relief, and responsibility over Mount Tai” in fire prevention work,
