总结了2012年以来煤炭行业危机的主要表现形式,提出建立危机研判机制和应对危机的连贯的管理模式,是国有大型煤炭企业实现经济平稳运行的重要保障。按照危机爆发的前期、中期、后期,阐述了在国有大型煤炭企业经营管理实践中,可以构建的3种模式。
Summarizes the main manifestations of the crisis in the coal industry since 2012, and puts forward the establishment of a crisis assessment mechanism and a coherent management mode to cope with the crisis. This is an important guarantee for the stable operation of the large state-owned coal enterprises. According to the pre-crisis, mid-term and post-crisis period, three models that can be constructed in the management practice of state-owned large-scale coal enterprises are expounded.
