继火车票价格一成不变的“坚冰”融化后,铁路投融的改革正迈步前行。日前,四川第一条投资约3亿元的民营BOT铁路项目已正式启动,有望2006年5月建成投入运营。业内人士称,该铁路的成功运营无疑将吸引更多的民营资本流入铁路领域。
Following the unchangeable “ice” of train ticket prices, the reform of railway investment and financing is moving forward. Recently, Sichuan’s first private BOT railway project with an investment of about 300 million yuan has been officially launched and is expected to be completed and put into operation in May 2006. Insiders said the successful operation of the railway will undoubtedly attract more private capital into the railway sector.
