基于凸轮轴楔横轧精确成形原理,针对一种简单典型凸轮轴的楔横轧精确成形,采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件,利用三维刚-塑性有限元法对整个凸轮轴楔横轧轧制过程进行了数值模拟,得到了较为理想的凸轮形状成形结果,系统分析了凸轮轴楔横轧轧制过程中轧件的应变分布状态,以及轧件金属的轴向、径向和周向的流动规律.根据凸轮轴楔横轧的实际实验结果和数值模拟结果的对比,结果表明,数值模拟结果与实验结果相符合,利用楔横轧精确成形凸轮轴是可行的.
Based on the precise forming principle of camshaft cross-rolling, a simple and typical camshaft cross-rolling precision forming is carried out. DEFORM-3D finite element software is used to simulate the cross-rolling process The numerical simulation is carried out and the ideal shape of cam shape is obtained.
