采用粉末冶金工艺制备了铁硅铝磁粉心,研究了粉末粒度、绝缘剂用量、成型压力和热处理气氛对铁硅铝磁粉心直流叠加特性的影响。结果表明,粉末粒度越小,磁粉心的直流叠加性能越好;随绝缘剂用量的增加,磁粉心的偏置特性变好;成型压力的增加恶化了磁粉心的直流叠加特性;空气烧结能改善磁粉心的直流叠加特性。
The powder of Sendust was prepared by powder metallurgy. The effect of powder size, the amount of insulator, forming pressure and heat treatment atmosphere on the superposition characteristics of Sendust magnetite powder DC core was studied. The results show that the smaller the particle size of the powder, the better the DC superposition performance of the magnetic powder heart.
