温州不仅以其"温州模式"而著名,在金融方面,其发达的民间金融业也闻名全国.温州的民间金融市场不仅规模庞大,同时功能也极为复杂.如何引导、规范民间金融活动,从而充分利用民间资金为社会服务成了迫切需要解决的问题.本文通过对温州民间金融的分析,引出规范和发展我国民间金融的一些思考.
