音像史料是音像手段与历史资料的有机融合,是运用图形、声频、视频等技术手段反映历史活动的声像记录,是固化在磁带、光盘、U盘、影视片等视频、音频硬件上的历史信息。作者强调要充分认清音像史料收集编纂在党史军史工作中的独特价值和作用;清醒认识音像史料收集编纂工作面临的现状及问题;下大力做好音像史料的收集编纂工作。
Audiovisual historical materials are the organic integration of audiovisual means and historical materials. They are the historical records of audiovisual recordings that reflect the historical activities through the use of graphic, audio and video techniques, and are solidified on video and audio hardwares such as tapes, compact discs, U disk and video films information. The author emphasizes that we must fully recognize the unique value and role of audiovisual historical data collection and compilation in the work of military history in the history of the party; clearly understand the status quo and problems confronting the collection and compilation of audiovisual historical materials; and make great efforts in the collection and compilation of audiovisual historical materials.
