为了准确确定高能圆锥破碎机的配重,提出一种通过计算公式与三维软件相结合的确定配重的方法。运用CATIA软件建立破碎机运动部件动锥部和偏心套部的几何模型,并计算获得其质量属性;然后通过对圆锥部进行离散化,推导出其惯性力简单求法,同时对主要运动部件进行动力学分析,建立该设备运动过程中的动平衡方程并求解,获得计算配重,并据此结果进行现场试验。通过计算结果试验对比,验证了采用计算公式与三维软件相结合确定配重方法的正确性。
In order to accurately determine the counterweight of the high energy cone crusher, a method of determining the weight by the combination of three-dimensional software and calculation formula is proposed. By using CATIA, the geometrical model of the movable cone and the eccentric sleeve of the moving parts of the crusher is established, and its mass properties are calculated. Then, by discretizing the conical part, the simple calculation of the inertial force is deduced. At the same time, the main moving parts are powered Based on the analysis, the dynamic equilibrium equation of the equipment is established and solved, and the calculated weight is obtained. Based on the results, field tests are carried out. Through the comparison of the calculated results, the correctness of the method of determining the weight by using the calculation formula and the three-dimensional software is verified.
