目的电解可脱性弹簧圈（ＧＤＣ）在复杂脑动脉瘤治疗中的应用体会。方法４例较为复杂的脑动脉瘤的介入治疗；均采用ＧＤＣ系统栓塞。所选病例均为外科手术困难的。结果采用ＧＤＣ系统，４例复杂的脑动脉瘤介入治疗操作顺利，达到临床治愈目的。如采用其他栓塞材料将会有很大困难，甚至不能完成。结论目前ＧＤＣ是脑动脉瘤介入治疗较好的栓塞材料，其具有柔软、可控性好的特点；在外科手术困难、较为复杂的脑动脉瘤病例的介入治疗中ＧＤＣ应为首选；但其价格较昂贵。
Purpose Electrolytic detachable coil (GDC) in the treatment of complex cerebral aneurysms experience. Methods 4 cases of more complicated interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysms; GDC embolization were used. Selected cases are difficult surgical. Results GDC system, 4 cases of complex interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysm operation smoothly, to achieve the purpose of clinical cure. If using other embolic material will be very difficult, or even impossible to complete. Conclusions At present, GDC is a good embolization material for interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysms, which is characterized by softness and good controllability. GDC should be the first choice in the interventional treatment of patients with difficult and complex cerebral aneurysms. However, its price More expensive.
