以蠕变过程中的热激活这一微观机理为基础,建立了蠕变曲线分析方程。利用该方程对铁基高温合金GH132的蠕变曲线进行分析并由此外推蠕变断裂寿命。结果表明,用该方程预测材料的蠕变性能具有实验周期短、试样数量少、外推结果稳定等优点。
Based on the microscopic mechanism of thermal activation during creep, a creep curve analysis equation was established. The creep curve of GH132 iron-based superalloy was analyzed using this equation and the creep rupture life was extrapolated. The results show that using this equation to predict the creep properties of materials has the advantages of short experimental period, small sample number and extrapolation results.
