任免机关调查处理政纪案件程序1.初步调查初步调查,是指任免机关对行政机关公务员违法违纪案件正式立案前,采取一定的措施,确认需要调查处理的事项是否符合立案条件的活动。当任免机关发现行政机关公务员有违法违纪嫌疑时,经任免机关负责人同意,由任免机关有关部门对需要调查处理的事项进行初步调查。这里的任免机关负责人,是指任免机关的正职负责人或者主持全面工作的副职负责人。有关部门,是指任免机关的人事部门或者监察部门等。
