随着液压传动技术的发展,对液压油性能要求也愈加苛刻,液压油的类型也不断增多起来。1982年,国际标准化组织(ISO)公布了液压油的分组标准。许多国家正在考虑根据ISO标准对液压油进行分组和修订规格。本文介绍石油基液压油的分组、国内外一些主要规格及其修订情况,同时讨论规格指标中主要测定项目的意义与试验方法。液压油的分组近几年来,各种不同类型的液压油越来越多。为了更加正确地选择和使用液压油,必须对它进行分组。分组的原则很多,表1中例举了一些分组方法。
With the development of hydraulic transmission technology, hydraulic oil performance requirements are also more demanding, the type of hydraulic oil are also increasing. In 1982, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) announced the grouping criteria for hydraulic fluids. Many countries are considering grouping and revising hydraulic fluids to ISO standards. This article introduces the grouping of petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, some major specifications at home and abroad and their revisions, and discusses the significance and test methods of the major measurement items in the specifications. Hydraulic oil grouping In recent years, more and more different types of hydraulic oil. In order to more correctly select and use the hydraulic oil, it must be grouped. There are many principles for grouping. Some examples of grouping methods are given in Table 1.
