青年人才是企业未来发展的希望,是企业创新创造能力的重要来源,有效的培养青年人才,可以促进企业的持续发展。在资金、知识和人才相对密集的企业环境里,从青年人才的特点出发,关注对青年人才的培养,有利于促进企业的发展。但是,企业受到自身视野的局限性,在青年人才培养上还存在着误区。本文从企业青年人才的特点谈起,重点论述企业在青年人才培养方面存在的问题,从而找出有效的创新对策。
Young talents are the hope for the future development of an enterprise, an important source of innovation and creativity for an enterprise, and the effective cultivation of young talents can promote the sustainable development of an enterprise. In the enterprise environment where funds, knowledge and talents are relatively intensive, starting from the characteristics of young talents, paying attention to the training of young talents is conducive to promoting the development of enterprises. However, due to the limitations of their own vision, there are still some misunderstandings in the cultivation of young talents. This article starts with the characteristics of the young talents of enterprises and focuses on the problems that the enterprises have in cultivating young talents so as to find out effective innovation measures.
