(一)推行平行作业前的情况机车动轴箱沟形外侧滑动面至五金衬面的厚度尺寸(下面均以M表示),直接与五金衬面和轮心衬面间的间隙(横动量)大小有关.以前,M值必须由机车车间平斜铁工组提供,机车部件车间再根据此值加工动轴箱五金衬面及瓦圆.但是当轴箱除五金衬面及瓦圆以外的其余加工工序完成后,机车车间还不能提供出6个M值(我厂修理机型是RM、SL,动轴数是3),因而往往造成待工,影响动轴箱出段.只好先将动轮对送交机车车间.但是对机车车间说来,无动轴箱而光有轮对当然不能进行研瓦工作.此时由平斜铁工组分
