目的:探讨葛根素对创伤性休克兔心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:日本大耳白兔32只,随机分假手术、休克、复苏和治疗四组,每组8只。制作创伤性休克模型,复苏组和治疗组分别在休克1.5小时后予以平衡液进行复苏、静脉输注葛根素治疗。各组于休克前,休克后0.5、1.5、2、3、4小时采集血液,检测血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)水平及肌酸激酶(CK)活性。结果:家兔创伤性休克90min后血清cTnI浓度明显升高(P<0.01),休克后180 min复苏组cTnI显著低于休克组(P<0.01),治疗组在休克后120min时cTnI即明显低于复苏组(P<0.01);CK在休克后180min时才出现少许的变化,治疗组与复苏组无明显差异。结论:创伤性休克存在心肌损伤,葛根素对家兔创伤性休克心肌的损伤具有良好的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of puerarin on myocardial injury in rabbits with traumatic shock. Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation, shock, resuscitation and treatment. There were 8 rats in each group. After the shock shock model was made, the resuscitation group and the treatment group were resuscitated with balanced solution 1.5 hours after shock and intravenously infused with puerarin. Blood was collected at 0.5, 1.5, 2, 3, and 4 hours after shock in each group before shock. Serum troponin I (cTnI) levels and creatine kinase (CK) activity were measured. RESULTS: Serum cTnI concentration was significantly elevated in rabbits after traumatic shock for 90 min (P<0.01), and cTnI in the resuscitation group was significantly lower than that in the shock group (P<0.01) after 180 min shock, and cTnI was significantly lower in the treatment group 120 min after shock. In the resuscitation group (P<0.01), CK did not change until 180 minutes after shock. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the resuscitation group. Conclusion: There is myocardial injury in traumatic shock. Puerarin has a good protective effect on traumatic myocardial injury in rabbits.
