以灰毡毛忍冬为试验对象,研究外源ABA处理对200 mmolL NaCl胁迫下Ca2+、EGTA、DPI对灰毡毛忍冬幼苗保护酶和NADPH氧化酶的影响。结果表明:Ca2+处理增加SOD,CAT、NADPH氧化酶活性效应比ABA更显著,EGTA处理显著抑制了灰毡毛忍冬幼苗CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性,EGTA+ABA处理CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性没有得到恢复,说明在Ca2+缺乏的环境中ABA对提高保护酶活性没有显著性作用。DPI处理显著抑制了灰毡毛忍冬幼苗CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性,并且在加入ABA后CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性也没得到恢复。
Effects of exogenous ABA treatment on protective enzymes activities and NADPH oxidase activities in Caragana microphylla seedling under Ca (superscript 2 +), 200 mmolL NaCl stress were studied. The results showed that the effect of Ca2 + treatment on SOD, CAT and NADPH oxidase activities was more significant than that of ABA. EGTA treatment significantly inhibited CAT, SOD and NADPH oxidase activities, CAT, SOD, NADPH oxidase activities of EGTA + ABA treatment Activity was not restored, indicating that ABA in the absence of Ca2 + to improve the activity of protective enzymes had no significant effect. DPI treatment significantly inhibited CAT, SOD and NADPH oxidase activities in the honeysuckle seedlings, and CAT, SOD and NADPH oxidase activities did not recover after the addition of ABA.
