本文采用田间酸雨喷淋系统研究了模拟酸雨对作物和蔬菜生长、产量和种予品质的影响。试验结果表明,酸雨对供试作物的株高生长没有明显影响,而对作物的生物量产生一定的影响。酸雨对蔬菜产量的影响比农作物更明显,pH3.5的酸雨使三种供试蔬菜的产量平均下降17%。酸雨引起农作物减产的主要原因是结实率降低。酸雨对作物种子蛋白质含量、氨基酸总量和组分及脂肪酸含量无明显影响,个别氨基酸含量发生明显的变化,其中以赖氨酸、精氨酸和组氨酸变化幅度较大。
In this paper, field acid rain sprinkler system was used to study the effects of simulated acid rain on the growth, yield and quality of crops and vegetables. The results showed that acid rain had no significant effect on the plant height growth of the tested plants, but had an impact on the biomass of the crops. The impact of acid rain on vegetable yield was more pronounced than that of crops, with acid rain at pH 3.5 reducing the average yield of the three tested vegetables by 17%. Acid rain caused the main reason for the crop yield reduction is reduced seed setting rate. Acid rain had no significant effect on the protein content, amino acid composition, total fatty acid content and the content of individual amino acids in the crop seeds. The contents of lysine, arginine and histidine varied greatly.
