高职工学研融合培养技术技能人才作为高职教育教学的创新实践,其产生与发展并不是偶然的,既有人才培养逐步高位移的客观需求,也有着宽广与深厚的理论基础。教育人才分类理论、教育与生产劳动相结合理论、洪堡的高等教育思想、教育价值理论、建构主义学习理论、资源依赖理论都包含了高职工学研融合培养技术技能人才思想,共同印证了高职工学研融合存在与构建的合理性与必然性,并为其自身理论建设与深入发展提供了基础性观念。
