本文研究了在pH<0.5的强酸性条件下,以淀粉作显色剂,分光光度法间接测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的反应条件、氧气影响规律及除氧方法,建立了痕量铜(Ⅱ)测定新方法,。ε=5.68×104L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围(1.83×10-7~6.30×10-6)mol·L-1。用于水样中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the reaction conditions of trace copper (Ⅱ), the rules of oxygen and the method of oxygen removal were investigated by spectrophotometry with starch as color reagent at pH <0.5 under strong acid conditions.
