分析了高职学生学习动力不足的原因,提出了通过明确人才培养目标以及基于项目导入课程教学的改革来提高学生学习动力的途径,对高职院校提高学生学习动力的有效性有一定参考价值。
This paper analyzes the reasons why the motivation of vocational college students is not enough and puts forward the ways to improve students ’learning motivation by clarifying the goals of personnel training and reforming the course teaching based on the introduction of the project. It is of some reference value for the higher vocational colleges to improve the motivation of students’ learning .
