最佳靶点选择及术中如何达到精确定位是脑立体定向手术治疗帕金森病(PD)的两个关键问题。微电极导向苍白球内侧都(GPi)毁损(PVP)是治疗进展性PD高效、安全的方法。术后MRI可以对立体定向靶点的位置及损毁程度作出精确的判断。微电极导向双侧同期PVP安全、有效,初步显示具有临床治疗优势。
The optimal target selection and how to achieve precise positioning during surgery are two key issues in stereotactic surgery of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Microelectrode-guided Palliation (PVP) is an efficient and safe method for the treatment of progressive PD. Postoperative MRI can be stereotactic target location and extent of damage to make accurate judgments. Microelectrode-oriented simultaneous bilateral PVP safe, effective, initially showed a clinical advantage.
