我厂所採用的‘活絡爐排’的結構与裝配如[圖一]所示,它是按照上海市劳模杨存連同志所創造的‘搖動式爐排’基本形式結合我厂爐子的具体情况而改進的。現已推廣到六只爐子:退火爐三只,烘模爐三只。它的另件設計見[圖一]。这种爐排的設計特點为: (1) 爐排葉片的夾角θ在80°~90°之间,见[圖二]件3。这样的夾角可保証爐排不致被灰楂軋死。在搖動搖手柄進行排灰时,如遇大塊灰楂,爐排不能将它切碎時,則在葉片交角作用力的影响下,可使已軋住的灰楂上升,而使爐排恢复原位。如一次不能上升,則将搖手柄轻度急搖幾下,便可使其鬆動上升。
