用溶胶-凝胶制备了系列Ni_(0.5)Cu_(0.5)Fe_2O_4铁氧体微粉。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计和网络矢量分析仪对粉末的形貌、结构、磁性以及介电性能进行了表征。结构表明,反应温度为40℃,前驱体在1000℃煅烧转变成纯尖晶石结构。三粉末样品在室温和低温都具有铁磁特性,而且出现交换偏置效应。纯尖晶石结构样品3的电磁损耗角正切值tanδ在2~6.5 GHz范围内随频率的增大而增大,以后逐渐减小。
A series of Ni_ (0.5) Cu_ (0.5) Fe_2O_4 ferrite powders were prepared by sol - gel method. The morphology, structure, magnetic properties and dielectric properties of the powder were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer and network vector analyzer. The structure shows that the reaction temperature is 40 ℃, and the precursor is calcined at 1000 ℃ to transform into pure spinel structure. The three powder samples have ferromagnetic properties both at room temperature and at low temperatures, and exhibit exchange bias effects. In pure spinel structure sample 3, the tanδ of tanδ increases with the increase of frequency in the range of 2 ~ 6.5 GHz and then decreases gradually.
