水田耙是我国水稻产区的一种重要机引农具,其中重要工作件是耙片(见图1)。对耙片的技术要求如下:1.耙片应进行热处理,刃口渗碳层厚度应为0.3～0.5毫米,淬火硬度应为HRC48～55,中心部分不大于 HRC30。2.热处理后用样板检查曲面时,曲面与样板的局部间隙应小于3毫米。3.刃口厚度从根部到尖部应平滑过渡,最小厚度不小于0.5毫米,刃口不得有毛刺、裂纹等缺陷,刃口的残缺深度不得大于15毫
