本文探讨结合遗传差异和育种目标进行小麦育种亲本选配的问题。提出了亲本选配的组合表现指数法:CPI=D~2/SSD、CPI(Cross Performance Index)即组合表现指数,D~2为亲本间遗传距离,SSD为由这些亲本杂交产生的后代性状群体平均值与相应的育种目标值的加权离差平方和。CPI大的组合优于CPI小的组合。作者还提出了一种计算复交组合亲本间遗传距离的方法。
This article explores the issue of matching parents of wheat breeding with genetic differences and breeding objectives. The composite performance index (PMI) of parents is proposed as follows: CPI = D ~ 2 / SSD, Cross Performance Index (CPI) which is the composite performance index, D ~ 2 is the genetic distance between parents, SSD is the progeny trait population generated by these parents The weighted sum of squared deviations of the mean and corresponding breeding target values. CPI big combination better than CPI small combination. The authors also propose a method to calculate the genetic distance between parents in the compound family.
