With non-milo cytoplasmic male sterile line A,V. A and restorer line 1383- 2,we have developed the first commercial sorghum hybrid Jinza 12 in China. The Jinza 12 is superior to the control hybrid Jinza 4 in yielding ability,drought tolerance, disease and pest insect resistances and low temperature tolerance. The hybrid Jinza 12 has a good adaptability to different ecological conditions and is widely cultivated in many sorghum growing regions such as Shanxi, Sichuan, Xingjiang, Gansu and Anhui provinces.
The Jinza 12 is superior to the control hybrid Jinza 4 in yielding ability, drought tolerance with the non-milo cytoplasmic male sterile line A, V. A and restorer line 1383-2, we have developed the first commercial sorghum hybrid Jinza 12 in China. , disease and pest insect resistances and low temperature tolerance.
