[目的]研究水田与旱地烤烟生长及品质特征的差异。[方法]以湖南桂阳烟区水田和旱地为材料,研究两种土壤上种植的烤烟各时期生长率和初烤烟叶的理化特性。[结果]水田烤烟生长周期长,成熟期生长率过高,脱氮困难,以致烟叶总氮含量过高,烟叶含梗率和含水率高;旱地烤烟长势不如水田烤烟,进入成熟期早,烟叶干物质累积多,烟叶结构紧密,总糖和钾含量高。感官评吸结果表明,旱地烤烟好于水田烤烟。可见,两者生长规律有所不同,理化品质也有较大差异。[结论]该研究可为提高典型浓香型烤烟的品质奠定理论与试验基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the difference of growth and quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in paddy field and dry land. [Method] The paddy field and dry land in Guiyang, Hunan Province were used as materials to study the growth rate and the physicochemical properties of flue-cured tobacco grown in two soils at different growth stages. [Result] The growth cycle of flue-cured tobacco in paddy field was long and the growth rate was too high in maturity stage. It was difficult to denitrification, which led to the high total nitrogen content in tobacco leaves and the high stems and stems. Accumulation of dry matter, tobacco leaf structure, the total sugar and potassium content is high. Sensory evaluation results show that dryland tobacco is better than paddy field tobacco. Can be seen that the growth of the two laws are different, physical and chemical quality are also quite different. [Conclusion] The research could lay the theoretical and experimental foundation for improving the quality of typical Luzhou-flavor flue-cured tobacco.
