我厂铸铁车间设计、制造了一台六工位铜瓦铸造机,用于铸造韶山1型电力机车牵引电机抱轴瓦,经过一年多时间的生产实践,证明该机性能良好,铸件合格率达到99.5%。图1为韶山1型电力机车牵引电机抱轴瓦的铸件图,抱轴瓦的材料为铸造锡青铜,铸件毛坯重26公斤。图中括号内数字为光品尺寸。抱轴瓦原用金属型双型立铸工艺浇注(参阅图2),其操作过程如下: 1.手工组合金属型,用锤敲卡紧。 2.安放雨淋式浇口。 3.进行浇注。 4.浇注后,趁热用大锤和撬梓打开铸
