目的建立桂附理中丸的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用资生堂MGⅡC18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长:215 nm,检测时间:110 min。采用2012年版中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统计算软件,对25批次制剂指纹图谱的相似度进行评价。结果在选定的色谱条件下建立了桂附理中丸指纹图谱共有模式,25批样品中19批样品的相似度在0.9以上;10个共有峰中,2,5号峰鉴定为甘草苷、桂皮醛。结论该方法简便、稳定、重现性好,可用于桂附理中丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprinting method for Guifu Li Zhong Wan. Methods Shiseido MGⅡC18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used for gradient elution with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 215 nm and the detection time was 110 min. Using 2012 version of Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system calculation software, the fingerprint similarity of 25 batches of preparations was evaluated. Results The fingerprint pattern of Guifuli medium pill was established under the selected chromatographic conditions. The similarity of 19 batches of 25 batch samples was above 0.9. The peaks of No.25 and No.5 were identified as liquiritin, aldehyde. Conclusion The method is simple, stable, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Guifuli medium pill.
