近年来,伴随着我国质量工作的深入开展和“以质取胜、标准引领、品牌发展”战略的贯彻实施,定制消费品生产经营者质量意识增强、质量管理水平稳步增长,消费品质量呈逐年递增态势,但也渐渐呈现出无法满足消费升级需求的趋势,质量跟不上、创新严重滞后于需求,导致市场供给与市场需求出现偏差。
