基于某铁矿提供的废石破碎集料、全尾砂进行了胶结体强度正交试验研究,结果表明胶结体强度与水灰比呈负幂指数关系,符合Arioglu强度预测模型,并进行了回归分析,发现拟合方程属高度显著,且拟合结果精度高。证明了该模型对于矿山胶结充填体强度的预测有一定的适用性和可靠度,可用于实际充填工程参数设计值的初步估算。
Based on the crushed aggregates and waste tailings provided by a certain iron ore, the orthogonal experiment of cementation strength was carried out. The results showed that the strength of cemented carbide was inverse exponential relationship with water-cement ratio, which accorded with Arioglu strength prediction model and regressed Analysis and found that the fitting equation is highly significant, and the fitting results with high accuracy. It is proved that this model has some applicability and reliability for the prediction of the strength of the cement cemented filling body. It can be used for the preliminary estimation of the design value of the actual filling engineering parameters.
