药物在恶性肿瘤治疗中发挥着重要的作用,肿瘤化疗与外科手术、放射治疗是肿瘤综合治疗中的三大重要组成部分。近年来,功能基因组学、功能蛋白质组学、分子病理学、分子药理学以及分子治疗学等领域研究的进展大大加深了对恶性肿瘤的生物学本质与特征的认识,并促进了恶性肿瘤治疗药物的发现、研制与应用。虽然肿瘤化疗取得了一定的的进展,肿瘤患者的生存时间明显延长,但在致命性最强的实体瘤方面仍没有取得令人满意的疗效。本文着重从抗肿瘤新药的发展趋势及热点领域作一综述。
