加强宗教法制建设,引导宗教与社会主义社会相适应,构建宗教和睦与社会和谐,是党和国家从建设有中国特色社会主义的实际出发而实行的一项重要举措,要使其达到预期目的,需要党和国家、社会以及宗教界的共同努力。从法制角度看,在思想层面要充分认识到宗教法制建设在构建和谐社会中的重要作用,在实践层面要处理好政策引导与依法管理的关系,处理好宗教法制建设内部的各种关系。
