应用并试验了以活性炭管采样、丙酮解吸,程序升温、分流进样为条件的毛细管柱气相色谱法,对文物库房环境中损害文物及危及人体健康的萘进行了定性和定量测定,结果表明:目前地方文物库房中萘仍存有一定的含量;萘含量在0.04~0.40mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=160.61x-1.1099,相关系数为0.9997,该法快速、准确、可靠,操作简单,能满足地方文物部门萘测定的实际需要。
The capillary gas chromatography with activated carbon tube sampling, acetone desorption, programmed temperature and split injection was applied and tested.
