利用电液微钻试验台对复合片性能进行评价,将复合片焊接于微钻头基体上,通过模拟真实的钻头钻进环境,利用钻头钻进时效参数来评价复合片的综合性能。对10种不同性能PDC进行了测试,测试表明:O_2综合性能最佳,与常规性能测试的O_1为最佳PDC有所出入,电液微钻试验台的实测可以为钻头的PDC选型提供参考。
The electro-hydraulic micro-drill test bench was used to evaluate the performance of the composite. The composite was welded on the micro-drill base. The real-time drilling parameters were used to evaluate the composite performance by simulating the real drilling conditions. Ten PDC with different properties were tested. The results showed that O_2 had the best overall performance, which was different from O_1, which is the best performance test. The experimental results of electro-hydraulic micro-drill test bench can provide a reference for the selection of PDC bit .
