针对某型轿车前保险杠曲面的结构特点,提出了一种基于CATIA V5的快速建模与曲面质量评价方法。该方法首先将前保险杠划分为主特征和附件特征,然后应用CATIA V5提供的多工作台混合建模功能,创建了轿车前保险杠的三维数字化模型,最后结合A级曲面的定义与评价标准,应用多种曲面质量分析方法对前保险杠曲面质量进行了评价。结果表明:该轿车前保险杠曲面达到了A级曲面的各项要求,进而可为后续的轿车前保险杠系列化与优化设计提供可靠的理论依据。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of a car’s front bumper surface, a fast CATIA V5-based modeling and surface quality evaluation method is proposed. The method firstly divides the front bumper into the main features and attachment features, and then uses the multi-table hybrid modeling function provided by CATIA V5 to create a three-dimensional digital model of the front bumper of the car. Finally, in combination with the definition and evaluation criteria of the A-level surface , The surface quality of the front bumper was evaluated by various surface quality analysis methods. The results show that the car front bumper curved surface meets the requirements of Class A surface, which can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the subsequent serialization and optimization of front bumper car.
