目的:观察抗妇炎胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将慢性宫颈炎患者88例按照随机数字表法分为2组各44例。对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予抗妇炎胶囊,疗程均为2周。结果:总有效率对照组70.5%,观察组88.6%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床症状改善时间(15.7±3.6)天,宫颈修复时间(46.7±4.5)天;观察组临床症状改善时间(10.3±3.5)天,宫颈修复时间(30.2±3.2)天;观察组的临床症状改善时间和宫颈修复时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗妇炎胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of anti-Fuyan capsules combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with chronic cervicitis were divided into two groups (n = 44) according to random number table. The control group was treated with antibiotics. The observation group was treated with anti-Fuyan capsules on the basis of the control group, and the course of treatment was 2 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 70.5% in the control group and 88.6% in the observation group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). In the control group, the improvement of clinical symptoms was (15.7 ± 3.6) days, the time of cervical repair was (46.7 ± 4.5) days, the clinical symptom improvement time was 10.3 ± 3.5 days and the time of cervical repair was 30.2 ± 3.2 days in observation group, Symptom improvement time and cervical repair time were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The anti-Fu Yan capsules combined with antibiotics for the treatment of chronic cervicitis significant effect, fewer adverse reactions, it is worth clinical promotion.
