一、前言活塞环是内燃机的一个配件,活塞环外圆成形精度的好坏,将直接影响主机的性能。国内活塞环产品,由于缺乏成形磨削专用机床,往往在镀铬后精车,不采用成形磨削加工,对产品质最有一定影响。本文着重介绍通过试验提高活塞环外圆表面成形精度的磨削工艺方法以及采用这种磨削工艺方法后,磨出工件尺寸误差的分析和所取得的经济效益。二、国内外活塞环成形加工概况通常活塞环有油环、桶油环、锥环和平环四种。平环易加工,不需成形磨削,而油环、桶面环、锥环(图1)则要采用成形磨削。
