2002年那场热火朝天的“ERP运动”把大家的眼睛都弄模糊了。名噪一时的ERP软件原本攻城略地,抢占了利润丰厚的信息化阵地,但是今天,这块利润高地正处于陷落的边缘。在专家们看来,企业信息化的实施与应用是两个不同层次的定义,实施是阶段,而应用是过程。问题的症结在于:信息系统的建设不是一蹴而就的,需要不断地升级与更新。在这一过程中,企业该选择推倒重来,还是选择系统优化呢?在本次讨论中,我们重点报道了3家企业在实施ERP之后所遇到的种种优化的问题,以及他们在各自的行业背景及企业环境下所进行的优化工作。
