在42例(84侧)国人男性成人头颅标本上,以耳眶水平线和外耳门前缘垂直线为坐标系的X轴和Y轴,分别测定颞浅、耳后和枕动脉的坐标位置,定出它们行径的投影.主要结果为:(1)颞浅动脉主于交y=0平面的x值平均为6.24±1.48mm.有2侧(2.38±1.66%)主干直接延续为额支,其余82侧均分成额、顶两支,分叉点的坐标是x=11.39±4.71mm,y=33.57±13.67mm.额、顶两支上升与y=50、60和70三个平面分别相交,相交点的X值各平均为31.81±14.11、45.15±12.43和51.60±10.38mm,及3.14±5.48、-0.32±6.19和-5.24±7.21mm.(2)有7侧(8.33±3.02%)耳后动脉变得粗大,以代偿不发达的颞浅动脉顶支或枕动脉.它与y=0、50、60和70四个平面相交点的x值,分别平均为-28.57±20.0、-39.64±13.66、-40.29±13.05和-38.0±13.62mm.(3)枕动脉自深部穿至皮下的浅出点的坐标是x=-75.06±7.82mm,y=-16.46±3.88mm.它与y=0、50、60和70四个平面相交点的X值分别平均为-79.23±5.81、-78.72±8.86、-78.51±9.78和-77.97±9.95mm.(4)还分别分析了三支动脉与已定平面相交点的分布规律.
On the X-axis and Y-axis of 42 cases (84 sides) of male adult human cranial specimens, the horizontal axis of ear orbit and the vertical line of the front of the external ear door were taken as the coordinate system. The main results are as follows: (1) The average value of x in the superficial temporal artery at the intersection y = 0 plane is 6.24 ± 1.48mm, there are 2 sides (2.38 ± 1.66%) of the trunk directly extended to the frontal branch, the rest 82 sides are divided into the top, the top two, the bifurcation point coordinates is x = 11.39 ± 4.71mm, y = 33.57 ± 13.67mm. The amount of the top two rise and y = 50,60 and 70 three planes intersect, The X values at the intersections were 31.81 ± 14.11, 45.15 ± 12.43 and 51.60 ± 10.38 mm, respectively, and 3.14 ± 5.48, -0.32 ± 6.19 and -5.24 ± 7.21 mm respectively. (2) There were 7 (8.33 ± 3.02%) ears The posterior arteries became coarse to compensate for the underdeveloped superficial temporal artery or occipital artery.The x values of the intersections with the four planes y = 0, 50, 60 and 70 were -28.57 ± 20.0 on average, respectively, 39.64 ± 13.66, -40.29 ± 13.05 and -38.0 ± 13.62mm, respectively. (3) The coordinates of the shallow point of the occipital artery from deep to subcutaneous are x = -75.06 ± 7.82mm and y = -16.46 ± 3.88mm. The X values at the intersection points of y = 0, 50, 60 and 70 are respectively -79.23 ± 5.81 , -78.72 ± 8.86, -78.51 ± 9.78 and -77.97 ± 9.95 mm, respectively. (4) The distribution of the intersections of three arteries and the fixed plane was also analyzed separately.
