田径是最基本的体育运动,它包括走、跑、跳、掷等人类最常见的运动技能。初中阶段孩子们身心飞速发育,加强田径训练能强健体魄,锻炼意志力。但是田径训练也要有一定的技巧,可以结合学生的认知规律整合教学方法,吸引学生积极参与到田径训练中来。本文以短距跑为例,对初中田径训练进行几个角度的策略分析。
Athletics is the most basic sport. It includes the most common human sports skills such as walking, running, jumping and throwing. In the junior high school stage, the children develop rapidly in mind and body. Strengthening track and field training can strengthen physical fitness and exercise willpower. However, track and field training must also have certain skills. It can combine students’ cognitive laws to integrate teaching methods and attract students to actively participate in track and field training. This article takes short-distance running as an example to analyze junior high school track and field training from several angles.
