目的探讨牙齿和颜面不对称畸形的矫治方法及矫治后的效果。方法 2010年05月至2011年02月期间,我院共诊治的11例牙齿和颜面不对称畸形患者,对其病例进行回顾性分析。结果本组11例患者经过对症矫治后,所有患者不对称畸形均明显好转,咬颌关系均恢复至正常或基本恢复正常。随访1～3年,畸形均无明显复发。结论牙齿和颜面不对称畸形早期行合理的矫正治疗,能够收到满意的矫治效果,满足的美观需求,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the treatment of asymmetrical deformity of teeth and face and its effect after correction. Methods During the period from May 2010 to February 2011, 11 cases of patients with tooth and facial asymmetry deformity were treated and analyzed retrospectively. Results The group of 11 patients after symptomatic treatment, all patients were significantly improved the asymmetric deformity, bite jaw relations were restored to normal or basically returned to normal. Follow-up 1 to 3 years, no significant recurrence of deformity. Conclusion Asymmetric deformity of teeth and face can be treated properly in the early stage, which can receive satisfactory orthodontic effect and meet the aesthetic requirement. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
