日本钢铁公司君津千叶实验室试验了一种生产80kg/mm~2级热轧薄板控制冷却方法。此种技术可归述为:1.控制冷却和降低卷取温度以改善组织达到强化效果;2.减少 P 和S 含量改善加工和焊接性能,同时添入 Ca来控制硫化物的形态。试验钢不含有沉淀硬化元素,其成份为(重量%):0.18C,0.58Si,1.57Mn,0.01P,0.001S,0.024Al,0.002Ca。该钢经 LD 法精炼、加热温度1100℃、热轧至2.9mm 厚,终轧温度控制在775℃~875℃,热轧后经辊道直接进入淬火段,卷取温度为150℃~600℃(可由淬火终了温度调整)。

The steel was refined by LD method, the heating temperature was 1100 ℃, hot rolled to 2.9mm thick, finishing temperature controlled at 775 ℃ ~ 875 ℃, hot rolled directly into the quenching stage through the roller, the coiling temperature of 150 ℃ ~ 600 ℃ (Adjustable by quenching temperature).
