现将我院从1996年～2001年收治的50例病毒性心肌炎患儿分析如下。1 临床资料1.1一般资料:50例中年龄1～4岁35例,其中30例病前1～2周有上呼吸道感染史,5例病前1周有轮状病毒肠炎史;5～10岁15例,病前1～3周均有上呼吸道病毒感染史。1.2临床表现:35例中20例有精神萎糜、苍白、多汗、食欲不振,13例有发热、恶心、呕吐,2例有心力衰竭;15例中胸闷、心悸8例,气促、乏力、头昏5例,胸痛2例。
