(本刊讯)高力国际近日召开新闻发布会,就2014年广州商业地产投资进行了从宏观到微观的解析。高力国际研究及咨询部董事陈厚桥认为,选择投资区域可从区域发展KPI体系中考虑,主要包括考察物业所在区域的产值、龙头企业、产业集群、政府规划、政策及税收优惠、产业扶持措施等。对于一个城市的新区发展,市政基础设施着眼发展的长期,政府政策引导与产业聚集则更为重要。
