介绍了粉末冶金复压工艺制各碳化硅颗粒(SiCP)增强Al-Si合金与沉淀强{也Al-Cu合金的叠层复合材料。研究了复合材料的力学性能与耐磨性,并与ZL109合金进行对比。结果表明,在600℃烧结的复合材料,抗弯强度、硬度及耐磨性随SiCP增加而增加,含20%SiCP复合材料的磨损体积相当小。复合材料的抗磨损能力与增强相数量及界面结合强度有关。
The composite materials of SiC-reinforced Al-Si alloy and precipitated strong Al-Cu alloy were also introduced. The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composites were studied and compared with that of ZL109 alloy. The results show that the bending strength, hardness and wear resistance of the composites sintered at 600 ℃ increase with increasing SiCP, and the wear volume of 20% SiCP composites is quite small. The wear resistance of composites is related to the number of reinforcing phases and interface bonding strength.
