针对某型客机服务舱门开启精确爆破实验中出现的线型聚能切割器切割失败故障,建立了故障归零分析流程,发现故障原因为切割器装药线密度的不均匀性偏差过大。进一步分析表明,以往的切割器线密度测试方法不能准确反映线密度不均匀性偏差过大问题,并提出了改进的测量方法。经实验证明,改进的测量方法提高了线型聚能切割器质量验收的精确化水平,消除了切割失败故障。
Aiming at the fault failure of linear shaped energy cutter which appeared in the precise blasting experiment of the service door of a certain type of passenger aircraft, a flow of zeroing analysis of the fault was established. The cause of the failure was found to be too large deviation of the density of the filler wire. Further analysis shows that the conventional cutter density testing method can not accurately reflect the problem of large deviation of linear density unevenness and proposes an improved measuring method. The experimental results show that the improved measurement method improves the precision of quality acceptance of linear shaped energy cutter and eliminates the failure of cutting.
