研究了锌盐在常用工业聚合物分散剂中的溶解性及稳定性。结果表明,锌盐在丙烯酸/丙烯磺酸/异丙烯膦酸共聚物中的溶解性和稳定性最好,达7.69%(Zn)以上,在聚丙烯酸、水解聚马来酸酐、丙烯酸/丙烯磺酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸/丙烯磺酸/非离子共聚物中可溶解6.82%(Zn),在马-丙、丙烯酸/丙烯酸甲酯共聚物中可溶解3.41%(Zn),在丙烯酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯聚物中最差,仅能溶解1.14%(Zn)。溶解能力取决于聚合物分子结构
The solubility and stability of zinc salts in common industrial polymer dispersants were studied. The results showed that the solubility and stability of zinc salt in acrylic acid / propylene sulfonic acid / isophoric phosphonic acid copolymer were the best, reaching above 7.69% (Zn ). In the presence of polyacrylic acid, hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride, acrylic acid / Propylene sulfonic acid / hydroxypropyl acrylate, acrylic acid / propylene sulfonic acid / non-ionic copolymer soluble 6.82% (Zn ), in the horse - C, acrylic acid / methyl acrylate copolymer soluble 3.41 % (Zn ), the worst among acrylic acid / hydroxypropyl acrylate polymers, only 1.14% (Zn ) could be dissolved. Solubility depends on the molecular structure of the polymer
