未被出版发表的科技文献手稿数量,比已发表的科技文献多几倍、甚至几十倍。手稿一般都是具有科学价值,是一个不可忽视的情报源。然而,这一情报源非但未得到合理利用,反而长期被编辑出版单位搁置或遗弃,实在可惜。笔者此文旨在唤起有关方面的重视,以期建立全国性手稿寄存处理系统。 The number of unpublished scientific and technical literature manuscripts, several times more than the published scientific and technological documents, or even dozens of times. Manuscripts are generally of scientific value, which is a source of intelligence that can not be ignored. However, it is a pity that this information source has not been rationally utilized but instead has been shelved or abandoned by the editing and publishing units for a long time. The author of this article aims to arouse the attention of the parties concerned, with a view to establishing a national manuscript depository processing system.
