目的：研究华北吉姆欣（国产基因重组人粒细胞／巨噬细胞集落刺激因子）预防实体瘤化疗所致白细胞（ＷＢＣ）和中性粒细胞（ＡＮＣ）减少的临床效果及不良反应。方法：采用多中心随机分组、自身交叉对照方法对６７例肿瘤化疗患者随机分成ＡＢ组和ＢＡ组。ＡＢ组第１周期化疗加华北吉姆欣治疗（治疗组），第２周期单用化疗（对照组）；ＢＡ组第１周期单用化疗，第２周期化疗加华北吉姆欣治疗。５６例可供临床疗效分析。结果：华北吉姆欣可减轻化疗所致ＷＢＣ和ＡＮＣ下降程度，缩短ＷＢＣ和ＡＮＣ降至正常值以下的持续时间，促进ＷＢＣ和ＡＮＣ减少的早日恢复，有助化疗按期进行。主要不良反应有轻中度发热，注射部位疼痛，骨骼肌肉疼痛，乏力。少见的有寒战、流涕、皮疹，一般可以耐受。结论：华北吉姆欣是一种有价值的化疗辅助药物 Objective: To study the clinical effects and side effects of North China jimxin (domestic recombinant human granulocyte / macrophage colony-stimulating factor) in preventing the reduction of white blood cells (WBC) and neutrophils (ANC) induced by solid tumor chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 67 patients with cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into AB group and BA group by multicentre randomized crossover study. The patients in group AB were treated with chemotherapy of the first cycle and jiaming in the north of China (treatment group), and chemotherapy in the second cycle (control group). The patients in group BA were treated with chemotherapy alone in the first cycle and chemotherapy with the second cycle in the north of China. 56 cases for clinical efficacy analysis. Results: Gemcitabine can reduce the decline of chemotherapy-induced WBC and ANC, shorten the duration of WBC and ANC to below normal, promote the early recovery of WBC and ANC reduction, and facilitate chemotherapy. The main adverse reactions are mild to moderate fever, injection site pain, skeletal muscle pain, fatigue. Rare chills, runny nose, rashes, generally tolerable. Conclusion: North China Jim Shin is a valuable adjuvant chemotherapy drug
